Translates complex business challenges into clear use cases and actionable specifications, ensuring proposed solutions are technically feasible, ethically sound, and directly address identified needs

AI Learning & Professional Development Support

Collaborates with NYUAD Executive Education to facilitate AI learning for external audiences, and partners with HR, Learning and Organizational Development to enhance AI literacy and capabilities for internal staff and faculty

Cross-Pillar AI Solution Orchestration & Integration

  • Serves as the primary liaison and orchestrator for the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, coordinating efforts across internal IT teams and/or external vendors. Manages stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless integration and deployment of both custom and market-ready AI solutions

AI Solution Adoption & Value Realization

  • Champions the successful adoption of new AI-powered tools and processes by developing and executing user enablement strategies. Monitors solution usage, gathers feedback, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate achieved business value and return on investment (ROI), maximizing the impact of AI investments

AI Portfolio Contribution & Demand Management

  • Actively contributes to the overall IT demand management process. Develops initial business cases for proposed AI initiatives, including preliminary cost-benefit analyses, and provides critical input into IT prioritization discussions for resource allocation and delivery across the IT organization
