New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint a HR Advisor and Benefits Coordinator reporting to Manager, Employee Benefits.
Working in a team environment, responsible for all benefits administration with primary focus on AD and GCC pension plans, and health insurance enrollments. Ensure data forms and HRIS data entry are accurately and properly entered and completed. Coordinate activities and communications with employees, internal departments and vendors in Abu Dhabi and NY. Generate and distribute periodic and ad hoc management reports. Respond to employee payroll inquiries. Provide back up for other team members in benefits and compensation administration. Cross-train in all functions and assists with employee enrollment and orientations. Contribute to department process development and improvement, HRIS modification and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Management Reports - create and maintain databases and spreadsheets to capture information not available on the HRIS. Track transactions and keep logs updated at all times. Collect and analyze data. Generate routine and ad hoc reports as requested
Department Administration - coordinate administrative tasks such as vacation planning, shared folder clean-ups, revamping of internal trackers and forms and generating purchase orders for the Compensation, Benefits and HRIS function
