New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint a Director of Marketing, Executive and Professional Education reporting to the Vice Provost, Executive & Professional Education.
The Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership for the marketing, brand positioning, and demand-generation strategy for the Office of Executive and Professional Education (OEPE) at NYU Abu Dhabi. Supporting four program verticals—Executive Education Custom Programs, Professional and Executive Master’s Degrees, High School Programs, and Community & Open Enrollment Classes—the role ensures the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive inquiries, applications, and enrollments across regional and international markets. Reporting to the Vice Provost of Executive and Professional Education, the Director of Marketing is responsible for shaping and implementing data-driven marketing strategies that strengthen NYU Abu Dhabi’s market position in executive and professional education. The role oversees marketing strategy, digital engagement, brand development, vendor and agency partnerships, and the effective use of CRM and marketing technologies to support a seamless inquiry-to-enrollment journey. As the senior marketing leader for OEPE, the Director ensures marketing investments are aligned with institutional priorities and program growth objectives while delivering measurable outcomes in lead generation, conversion rates, brand visibility, and market penetration across Abu Dhabi, the UAE, the GCC, and international markets.
