New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint an Assistant Director of Admissions Operations, reporting to the Executive Director, Recruitment, Admissions and Financial Aid.
The Assistant Director of Operations, NYU Abu Dhabi Admissions will oversee the operational functions of data systems used by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at NYU Abu Dhabi and will be responsible for the information, policies and procedures.
The Assistant Director of Operations, NYU Abu Dhabi Admissions is responsible for data consistency and adherence to university reporting requirements. The successful candidate is an independent and critical thinker with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software and data manipulation; complex data entry and calculation; creativity, initiative and excitement about leveraging the potential of a CRM.
The Assistant Director of Operations, NYU Abu Dhabi Admissions is a Abu Dhabi-based operations leader and will report to the operations team in New York and liaise with other departments within the University as required. This role is the primary Admissions Operations representative in Abu Dhabi.

Skills to maintain and ensure high integrity data

Ability to provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems
